WWI and America - Veterans Panel In-Person
In honor of the 100th anniversary of America's entry into World War One, a panel of veterans of various conflicts will reflect on their experiences and the transformative impact of war on American society. Their personal reflections will be supplemented by writings of WWI firsthand experiences. Discussions will center on the topics of "Race and WWI", "Why Fight?", and "America on the World Stage."
Location: Clayton State University, Harry S. Downs Center for Continuing Education, ballroom 101
Registration is encouraged but not required.
